KEEP YOUR YOUNG DAUGHTERS AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT THEIR SELF-ESTEEM DESTROYED!!! My 20 year old daughter recently went there for teeth cleaning. Before the dentist even started, she asked her if she ever thought about getting botox in her forehead because it gets wrinkled when she raises her eyebrows (they of course disappear when she looks normally). She is 20--she has no wrinkles--her skin is beautiful. She came home very concerned about her "wrinkles". NJ law states they can only inject botox in the peri-oral area (teeth, gums, mouth, jaw, etc) as it pertains to dental health. So not only are they breaking the law if they inject in the forehead but they are also giving our beautiful daughters a complex thinking beauty comes from the outside and not the inside. My daughter will never step one foot back into that place--they are just money hungry and don't care about their patients. My other daughter went there last year and they let her leave with a hole in her tooth, after examining her. She went to another dentist to get the hole filled! We will certainly stay far away from this place and it will be sad if they continue to make our beautiful daughters feel shame about any part of their body!!!!

My patient experience today was less than favorable. I came to the front desk to check in & one of the young ladies “claimed” she checked me in & to have a seat. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm & I saw patients coming in after me & leaving before me. At 3pm o went back to the desk & asked what was going on? Then another young lady said I wasn’t checked in & that it wasn’t her who checked me in. I asked to speak with the manager & the same young lady said the manager was on vacation & that she was the back up. She was unapologetic & said that I would be seen shortly. Again…. After a long wait I was finally seen. Sometimes when you walk into your appointment, the 1st person that greets you can set the tone for either a great experience or an unfavorable one.

I consistently have a pleasant experience at this place. The wait times are usually short, the office staff is friendly, and the dentists is excellent. Their service not only met my expectations but also impressed me with how well they handled my 8-year-old. I plan to continue visiting as long as I'm in the area. Thank you!

I am no longer going to this practice. Unless you need a root canal or anything more expensive i would avoid this practice. FYI my mom is dental surgical nurse in Europe that works with two amazing doctors. So they reviewed my X-rays. I have two issues with this practice. I was told I needed a cavity replaced on a tooth that wasn’t hurting me or anything. After they redid the cavity, it started hurting. I went back they told me i should be using sensodyne toothpaste. After my moms doctors reviewed my X-rays they found out that the filling is placed poorly and there is a a small gap between my tooth and filling which is why I am getting the pain My second issue is I had pain in a different tooth where I already had a filling. I wanted them to take out the old filling and put a new one. They said that the filling I currently have is so deep that if they open it up it will turn into a root canal. Again my mom’s doctors looked at the xray and said there is plenty of space to re do the filling. My aunt also had a cavity problem and before they even started they said it’s going to be a root canal. Moral of my review is if you have an issue with any filling this isn’t the place because it will alway turn into a root canal.
